Senior Strategic Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Business Consultant to join our team at CEI Fleet Collision and Safety. As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with clients and sales personnel to identify opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth data discovery and financial and process analyses to identify opportunities to improve client fleet performance.
  • Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions, determine the appropriate course of action, and make meaningful recommendations.
  • Support the Commercial sales team by conveying and demonstrating the Element Strategic Advisory value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Perform individual prospect due diligence to identify client needs and help shape Element's client-specific value proposition.
  • Responsible for working with the client to execute upon recommended courses of action.

Requirements:

  • Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting Concentration preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years business experience in a similar role.
  • Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with and ability to interpret financial models.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
