Test Development Engineer

Job Summary:

At BRIO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for evaluating, introducing, installing, and accepting new customers or new test programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop new product test plans to ensure high-quality products.
  • Manage and maintain production test equipment and test tooling to optimize testing efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize and improve product testing programs to meet customer needs.
  • Provide personnel training and support to ensure team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Address daily test problems and ensure the normal production of products.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader to support the team's goals.

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of test hardware development or more than 2 years of relevant work experience as a test engineer.
  • Proficiency in Labview, C language (equivalent), and embedded programming.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Altium, Cam350, and office.
  • A certain foundation of analog and digital electronic circuits, and proficiency in using measuring tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • No obstacles to color recognition.
  • College degree or above, major in electronic information, communication engineering, electrical automation, computer, etc.
  • Proficient in AVR or 51 single-chip microcomputer (equivalent or above), able to use one type of product testing and development, and proficient in using ICT (MDA) testing equipment of German brands and other brands is preferred.
