Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other departments.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments and establish work schedules and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, fast-paced environment, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and work under pressure.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and be able to work effectively in a team.
