Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute designated projects while adhering to safety, quality, budget, and timeline standards.
  • Facilitate project planning and implementation processes.
  • Monitor project outcomes and proactively tackle any arising issues.
  • Evaluate project effectiveness and predict future budgetary and scheduling needs.
  • Create comprehensive project management documentation, encompassing risk, scope, cost, contract, safety, and scheduling management.
  • Establish and uphold project scope and financial estimates.
  • Identify project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Formulate project timelines, financial plans, and key milestones.
  • Advise on and execute contracting methodologies.
  • Oversee and manage contracts, ensuring proper execution of technical and fieldwork.
  • Supervise on-site installations, assessing safety and environmental protocols.
  • Contribute to business planning and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Implement corrective management strategies and align projects with organizational work control systems.
  • Ensure safe work practices and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Uphold project safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Assist in the ongoing enhancement of project and contract management methodologies.
  • Develop and enforce project oversight mechanisms.

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of engineering, science, or business principles relevant to project and contract management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Finance.
  • Proven experience in project management, contract management, and project planning.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of pertinent experience.
