Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member experience, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand member needs and provide personalized financial solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, colleagues, and community partners
  • Meet and exceed business goals, including revenue targets and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional member experience
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial services environment
  • Strong business and financial industry knowledge, with a desire for career growth
  • MFDA licensing is required for most roles
  • Flexible to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Proven understanding of computer systems and programs, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
