We are seeking a reliable and organized Child Care Provider to join our team at Isabelle Owston. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a family setting.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have experience in childcare and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment for children, preparing nutritious meals, and engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to children in a family setting
- Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Supervise and care for children
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in childcare an asset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and organized
English or French
