Key Responsibilities- Childcare and Education: Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development in children.
- Household Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment, including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Child Supervision: Provide close supervision and care to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.
- Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the health and safety of children by following proper hygiene practices, administering medication as needed, and responding to emergencies.
- Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school, appointments, and activities.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to children, helping them develop emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in French.
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, and work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, initiative, organized, reliable, patience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
