Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Nylene Canada ULC. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in mechanical systems and equipment
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems and equipment meet quality and safety standards
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Investigate and resolve mechanical failures and unexpected maintenance issues
  • Plan and manage projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
