Job Title: Cashier

Squirrely's Gas Bar is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system
