Senior Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to lead our game development projects from concept to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the production process, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal software and creative teams to execute and produce games for a global audience
  • Proactively manage and mitigate project risks throughout production
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Coach, mentor, and grow your team, providing guidance through creative and technical challenges
  • Evaluate priorities, staffing, and resources, adjusting business strategies as needed
  • Provide visibility and deliver presentations to internal teams, clients, and company leadership
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in gaming production, project management, or related fields
  • 2+ shipped titles on console or PC
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including various development methodologies
  • Experience managing distributed development in multiple geographies
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills, with experience using multiple project management tools
