  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Provide training and guidance to new and current employees on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks.
  • Conduct and participate in group meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations with management to drive growth and development.
  • Identify and implement solutions to package concerns, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are completed safely and on time.
  • Embody and promote UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent (preferred).
  • Management experience (preferred).
