Compensation Details: $17 - $22 per hour

Job Purpose
The Electro-Mechanical Inspector is tasked with the inspection and assembly of components within EnerSys' product line as part of the manufacturing workflow. This position requires adherence to assembly specifications, internal guidelines, and recognized workmanship standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assembly and inspection of units in accordance with work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
- Perform crimping of lugs on wires while adhering to wiring protocols.
- Construct and interconnect final assemblies and sub-assemblies based on production drawings.
- Procure parts and supplies following established procedures.
- Complete necessary documentation and fulfill tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Capability to lift 40-50 lbs (with assistance).
- Experience in quality inspection.
- Familiarity with proper soldering techniques.
- Experience in crimping lugs on wires.
- Ability to follow wiring procedures accurately.
- Skill in recognizing wire types and gauges.
- Proficient in safely operating small hand and power tools.
- Experience in all phases of assembly work.
Skills Required

- Effective communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.
- Strong understanding of quality control and workmanship standards.
