Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor to join our team at Mount Pleasant Return-It Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our depot, including the management of computer equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Management: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Technical Support: Provide technical advice and guidance to depot staff, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in depot policies and procedures, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks to depot staff, and review work progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support depot operations.
- Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with depot staff and external stakeholders in English.
- Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
