Position Overview

As a Retail Cashier at Goodvibes Cannabis Inc, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while managing financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Transaction Management: Operate the cash register and process various payment methods including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
  • Item Processing: Scan items and ensure accurate pricing.
  • Payment Handling: Receive payments for goods or services and calculate daily/shift payments received, reconciling with total sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness in the counter area.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Handling: Wrap or place merchandise in bags for customers.
  • Age Verification: Verify the age of customers when selling age-restricted products.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Duration: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of work.
  • Work Hours: The position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
