Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Pitch and close deals with prospective clients, leveraging your expertise in FX sales and market knowledge.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades.
- Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume.
- Implement regional sales programs and training plans with your team and fellow Heads of Desk.
- Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and sales administration processes.
- Be involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Proven track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services.
- Financial Services experience, with a network of contacts in the industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
- Fluent English language skills.
