Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly autonomous and flexible Merchandiser Representative to join our team in Cranbrook, BC. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise products, including facing, cleaning, and product rotation.
- Identify marketing opportunities through cross-merchandising and mass merchandising techniques.
- Install and maintain displays.
- Read and execute planograms during resets.
- Perform daily reports, including taking pictures of work done through our mobile reporting app.
- Maintain excellent relationships with store managers.
- Execute special mandates required by clients, such as audits and displays.
- Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
- Ability to visit all stores in your territory, with mileage reimbursement applicable.
- Must have a car.
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to occasionally carry and lift loads up to 15 kgs.
