About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Service Technician Supervisor to join our team at Tulsi Enterprise Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As an Electronic Service Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electronic equipment service technicians and ensuring the efficient operation of our electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and lead a team of electronic equipment service technicians
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Technical Expertise
    • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and defects
    • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic tools
    • Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure optimal performance
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports in a timely and accurate manner
    • Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in electronics or a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in electronics or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems and equipment
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure
    • May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
