Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to join our team at Latang Construction Ltd. As a key member of our site crew, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will work outdoors, often at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments. You must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; we will provide training.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Workplace Information

This is a permanent, on-the-road job with a 35-40 hour workweek. English is the primary language spoken on the job site.
