Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at ABB. As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and perform administrative tasks to support the business.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to telephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate representative
- Greet visitors, communicate information, and record pertinent details
- Coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic
- Process sub-contractor payables invoices and reconcile supplier statements
- Perform general administrative activities, maintain records, and provide backup support to the team
- Bilingual, French and English written and spoken
- Professional conduct and desire to learn new things
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Data Entry and Reporting skills
- Accounting knowledge
- Minimum High School degree
