Engineering Aide

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Aide. In this role, you will provide administrative and technical support to our Project Engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of our construction office.
Primary Accountabilities- Organize and manage the Construction office, including payroll, safety records, and inventory control.
- Process billing invoices, expenditure transfers, and payroll charges for numerous construction contracts.
- Monitor expenditures and maintain efficient cost control on these contracts.
- Record, prepare, and disseminate construction meeting minutes and traffic advisories.
We are looking for a candidate with a high school education and five years of related experience in bookkeeping or a related subject. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
The ideal candidate will possess a mathematical aptitude, experience in accounts payable and budgetary control, and proficiency in typing and spreadsheet software. Excellent coordination and organization skills are essential, as well as experience in maintaining records in both manual and computerized environments.
