Job Title: Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Live-in Caregiver to join our team at INDU BAKSHI. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication administration and management.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Assist with laundry and linen management.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition.
Requirements:
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Room and board provided.
  • Urban area.
  • Willing to relocate.
