Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers on a regular basis
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, as needed
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies with minimal supervision
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months
  • Work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional development
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights, as required
