Responsibilities- Empty trash cans and other waste containers on a regular basis
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, as needed
- Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies with minimal supervision
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months
- Work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role
- Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional development
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights, as required
This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work environment is a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a focus on customer satisfaction.
