Job Summary:

This role is a critical front-line position that requires a flexible approach and the ability to use initiative to handle unexpected situations. As a representative of the John Lewis Partnership, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive impression of the company with every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Partner, you will be responsible for delivering the unique blend of Waitrose quality and outstanding service to customers' doors. This will involve driving a chilled vehicle, handling age-restricted items, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be required to assist with stock control, cashiering, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than six points, and you must be 18 years old or over. Previous experience in a driving role and knowledge of chilled vehicles are desirable. You will also need to undergo a driving assessment and security check as part of the application process.

Working Hours:
