About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bath & Body Works in Northgate Shopping Centre. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect products to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experiences by understanding customer needs and making product recommendations.
  • Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement and gathering customer information to support continued engagement.
  • Support product replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant.
  • Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
  • Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak periods.
  • Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly.
