Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and comment on various financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain financial models to enable evaluation of the financial performance of our company's various divisions.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial software, including Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Language: Perfectly bilingual (English and French).
