About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in London, ON. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading mechanical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other project managers and teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in the building services industry
  • P.Eng. or equivalent qualification, with ability to qualify within one year
  • Advanced knowledge of provincial building codes, ASHRAE, CSA, and NFPA standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to adapt to changing project requirements
  • LEED certification or experience implementing sustainable design is an asset
