- Collaborating with the Store Manager to enhance market presence.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Legal authorization to work in the country.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Background in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and CRM systems.
- Associate degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing is preferred.
- Willingness to consider relocation for future opportunities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
