Job Overview

The Human Resources Vice-President will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction of human resources within the organization. This position requires a strong leader capable of managing resources effectively to align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Manage and distribute material, human, and financial resources to ensure the successful implementation of organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Coordination: Oversee the operations of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive functioning.
  • Control Establishment: Develop financial and administrative controls; design and approve promotional strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Objective Setting: Define organizational goals and approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in MS Office applications.
