We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 1652357 ALBERTA LTD. as a key member of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, reconcile accounts, and post journal entries.
- Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including trial balance of books.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate financial data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
