About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Design Lead to join our team at FNX-INNOV. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of our services, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and financial management of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in bridge and structure design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with Quebec Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility standards and procedures.
  • Completion of required training programs by the Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility.
  • Experience in personnel management and project management.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary project management.
  • ASP Construction card.
