Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and service-minded individual to join our dynamic Penticton Bistro team as a Bistro Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving our menu items, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to our customers, building connections and sharing laughs along the way.
- Assist customers with their orders, answering questions and providing suggestions based on their dietary needs.
- Prepare, make, and serve our menu items, including specialty smoothies and juices.
- Use your eye for detail to create attractive and inviting food displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to our 'clean as you go' method.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a vibrant customer service environment.
- Passion for food and sharing your favorite menu items.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing workflow.
- Confidence and friendliness when interacting with customers.
- Openness to learning new things and growing with our company.
- Food Safe I Certification is a plus, but not required.
