Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of our company.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that our inventory levels are adequate to meet the needs of our customers.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to prevent any issues from arising.
Manage Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain RecordsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Work EnvironmentNoisy, odours, wet/damp, hot, and outdoors work environments.
Work SettingVarious locations, including fast food outlets, restaurants, and other food service establishments.
Physical DemandsFast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding work.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
Working ConditionsBrandson Ventures Ltd is a recognized employer offering a permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
