Food Preparation Coordinator

Main Street Noodles is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and making decisions to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment, with staff accommodation available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
