Director of Finance

OrthoCanada is seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and contribute to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy: Develop financial strategies to support business growth, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, and prepare and monitor budgets.
  • Accounting: Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations, and monitor and manage cash flow.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 2 accounting professionals, fostering their development and ensuring high performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and identify and manage financial risks.
Requirements:
  • University degree in accounting
  • CPA accreditation
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a similar position
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in English and French, with strong written and verbal English communication skills
