Position Overview
Program Development: Formulate and implement a detailed strategy for the SAP S/4HANA deployment, encompassing scope identification, resource distribution, timeline oversight, and risk management techniques.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with essential stakeholders throughout the organization to ascertain business needs, secure support for the ERP initiative, and guarantee alignment with overarching strategic goals.
Team Management: Direct a diverse team of project leaders, functional advisors, technical specialists, and external partners to ensure the timely and budget-compliant delivery of the ERP solution.
Vendor Coordination: Oversee relationships with external suppliers and consulting firms, ensuring that outputs meet established quality benchmarks and contractual commitments.
Change Facilitation: Create and execute strategies for change management to support user integration of the new ERP system, including training initiatives, communication strategies, and readiness evaluations.
Quality Control: Implement procedures and metrics to assess the quality of outputs throughout the implementation process, conducting frequent evaluations and audits to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal protocols, external standards, and industry best practices, maintaining appropriate documentation and controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Ongoing Improvement: Propel continuous improvement efforts to refine business operations, boost system efficiency, and maximize the return on the SAP S/4HANA investment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ERP deployment projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including practical experience with implementation frameworks (e.g., SAP Activate) and migration tools.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver outcomes under stringent deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
Thorough understanding of business processes across various functional domains (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing) and their integration within an ERP framework.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and SAP S/4HANA (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare.
Familiarity with emerging technologies like cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
