Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient web applications using Ruby on Rails
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Ruby on Rails
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
