ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will assist customers and potential clients both over the phone and in person, delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting loan information from clients.
- Promoting our loan and protection offerings.
- Facilitating loan closures both virtually and face-to-face.
- Following up on overdue customer accounts.
- Managing cash transactions, including payment processing.
- Committing to your personal training and development to help us provide the best borrowing experience, fostering customer trust and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in Canada.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
