About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Dhanda & Company Chartered Accountant Ltd. as a Financial Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Payable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and credit memos to ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Clerical Duties: Maintain filing and record systems, perform general office duties, and provide administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Payroll: Assist in preparing budgets and payrolls to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials for projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
