Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Embassy Grand Convention Centre. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect all areas of the convention centre, including floors, walls, and surfaces
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners in waste receptacles
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Restock supplies and amenities
  • Assist with special events and functions as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
