Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical codes for equipment layout and installation
  • Test, examine, and install electrical components, including conduits, conductors, and fittings
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure safe and efficient electrical maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

  • Valid Journeyperson Electrician certification
  • Experience in heavy industrial or construction settings
  • Knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques
  • Commitment to safety practices and protocols
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Requirements:

  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or CSTS-09 certification
  • Energy Safety Canada Certified Confined Space Entry & Monitor
  • Energy Safety Canada Certified Fall Arrest and/or Fall Protection
  • Basic Rigging Certification
  • Completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
  • Background check may be required
