Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Oriole Park, AB. As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a program that supports the development of children, aligned with BrightPath's curriculum.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of children.
  • Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and other staff.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.

Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education - Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent.
  • Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
  • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR.
  • Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements.
