- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- 5-10 years of experience in security operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Security Guard License and a valid criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex security challenges.
