BDO Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant/Manager to join our SR&ED and Government Incentives team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting client engagements in the manufacturing, natural resources, and clean technology/environmental industries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support SR&ED client engagements, collaborating with BDO SR&ED industry teams across the country.
- Engage and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and becoming a trusted and influential advisor.
- Examine client operations and processes to determine eligibility for various grants, tax credits, and funding programs.
- Develop funding methodologies to maximize tax incentives available to clients.
- Assist clients during technical reviews with the CRA.
- University degree and/or strong technical expertise in a specific field of science and engineering (B.Sc., Sc., or PhD).
- Excellent technical writing skills and strong editorial capabilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on client service and quality in detailed work.
