Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in plumbing
  • Plumber Trade Certification
  • Working at heights training
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • Plumber Red Seal Certificate
  • Valid driver's license
Work Environment:

This role requires working in confined spaces, commercial, and residential settings. The successful candidate must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
