Healthcare Support Assistant

POK GLOBAL CARE INC is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Healthcare Support Assistant to enhance our patient care team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Apprenticeship certificate along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in providing care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Help serve meals and support patients during feeding
  • Facilitate patient mobility and repositioning
  • Transport patients as needed within healthcare facilities
  • Provide pre-operative care and support
Qualifications:
  • Basic security clearance is required
  • Criminal background check must be completed
  • Current immunization records are necessary
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong client-focused approach
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
