We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion to join our team at Robert Dalton McArthur. As a Companion, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with medication administration, as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Companion, you will work in a variety of settings, including private residences and community facilities.

Security and Safety:
