Senior Menswear Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Menswear Designer to join our dynamic team at Proforce Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in menswear design, with a focus on sweater and outerwear development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct trend research to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends
  • Sourcing of trims and materials to ensure high-quality products
  • Collaborate with the art department to develop labels and artworks
  • Sketching and tech pack creation to bring designs to life
  • Work closely with the fit department to ensure proper fit and consistency
  • Daily communication with vendors regarding product development
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure design is being realized
Requirements:
  • Degree in Fashion Design or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of applicable experience in menswear design, with a focus on sweater and outerwear development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent fashion sense and ability to translate trends into designs
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of production cycle and garment construction
  • Driven and results-oriented
