Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Specialist to provide nurturing care for children in a home environment. This position involves ensuring the safety and well-being of children while supporting their developmental needs.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Work Environment
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (not a condition of employment)
  • Work will be conducted in the employer's or client's home
Key Responsibilities
  • Change diapers and assist with toilet training
  • Sterilize feeding bottles and prepare infant formulas
  • Take full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Travel with the family and assist with child supervision
  • Provide bathing, dressing, and feeding for infants and children
  • Discipline children according to parental guidelines
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills
  • Maintain records of daily activities and health information
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Organize activities such as games and outings
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Attend to the emotional well-being of children
