Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Payments Processing Solutions to lead our team in driving the evolution of our payment systems. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in driving the modernization of our payment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide vision and strategic direction for the evolution of our payment systems
  • Lead and coach a team of developers, support analysts, and operational analysts in adopting modern development practices
  • Seek out industry trends and organization knowledge to understand alternative approaches and solutions
  • Promote innovative methods and implement best practices
  • Drive the adoption of DevOps automation tools, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) and SRE practices
  • Act as the main contact between business lines, interfacing applications, 3rd party vendors, and IT executives
  • Manage all development delivery for the portfolio, including completion within budget and on time
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related work experience
  • 10+ years of solid and demonstrated background in technical development and supporting applications and 5+ years managing IT technical teams
  • Solid experience with modern technologies, including cloud-based deployments, API development, and DevOps automation
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing, motivating, and providing mentorship to resources on high-performing IT development teams
