Job Summary:
Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled Kinesiologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our physiotherapy clinic, you will work collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare providers to provide expert assessment and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement graded exercise, work conditioning, and work hardening programs to promote client recovery and return to work.
- Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve functional goals, providing education and support throughout the treatment process.
- Work cooperatively with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless client care and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a University Kinesiology program.
- 1+ years of experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset), but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
